Based in Wolverhampton just off Junction 1 of the M54 - VORTO is a compact CrossFit gym and training facility. We provide the optimum environment to get the best out of you whether you're brand new to fitness or just looking to push forward.

 

Vorto offers daily classes that incorporate all of CrossFits methodologies amongst other aspects of fitness, which we believe are important foundations to your fitness journey and development. Our training includes strength training, metabolic conditioning (cardio), gymnastics, Olympic lifting and other forms of conditioning .This type of training will improve:

- Body composition (increased muscle mass, decreased fat mass)

- Mobility, stability and posture

- Strength and endurance

- Co-ordination & confidence in everyday tasks

- Overall health

My name is Jak and I've been competing in competitive sports over the last 7 years with the last 5 years training and competing as a decathlete. I've had the privilege to work alongside side top level coaches at Loughborough University over the last few years and have developed a true love for shaping and training athletes to reach their potential through tailored programming and strategies, I love to work with people of all abilities whether you're someone who just wants to get moving again or someone who wants to compete at that next level. We have thought long and hard about what methodology we want to use here at Vorto and CrossFit for us was the clear choice as it's the best all round platform to help develop people of all levels. Plus it's variety really makes it hard to be boring and repetitive! As a competitor I believe CrossFit can take a repetitive gym routine and replace it with a varied, fun and challenging workout within a fun and social environment. I look forward to working with some of you in the near future!

Fionn wright

My name is Fionn and I have been involved as an athlete or a coach at national level sports for the last 6 years. I spent many years in the Exeter Chiefs academy programmes, and the last 3 years training as a decathlete at Loughborough University working with both premiership and Olympic level technique and strength and conditioning coaches and programming. I have used this time to learn as much as possible in these fields and come with a wealth of knowledge of programming from different elite perspectives. I have also recently graduated from Loughborough university, voted number one in the world for sports subjects, in Human biology BSC(hons) allowing me to apply up to date science to my programming and nutritional advice. I am also a level 3 sports massage therapist, having worked with different clubs and athletes at the Uks number 1 sporting university, Always happy to lend a helping hand in injury prevention and treatment.

BOXERCISE & BOOTCAMP

boxercise

A 1 Hour long class that involves: Circuits, punching, padwork, skipping and all other traditional training methods that are associated with boxing. A great class to work up a sweat and get fit!

BOOTCAMP

A 30 or 45min tabata style class that will incorporate many light weight and bodyweight exercises. This class will give you a great all round workout and will be fast paced throughout!
